Oreo Truffles
1 C. finely crushed Oreos
4 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips, melted
1/3 C. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Stir together until blended. Cover and refrigerate until firm enough to handle. Roll into balls. Keep refrigerated.
